Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or on a try before you buy basis. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is out of stock or coming soon. We may take no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a refund of the amount paid. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under our Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you choose “Try Before You Buy,” we authorize your payment method before sending your order. You will have a set trial period (as stated at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the item.
If you keep the item beyond the trial period without returning it, your payment method will be charged in full.
Returns made within the trial period must follow our Return Policy.
